The zoning regulations for the District of Columbia are being rewritten. The Office of Planning is recommending some sweeping changes. Members of Friendship Neighborhood Association have been active participants in several working groups sponsored by the Office of Planning and have testified before the Zoning Commission on several of the proposals.
This is a fast-moving process, and the proposals require careful review to fully understand how they will affect the District and our neighborhoods. If you are interested in working with us in reviewing the proposals or have any questions about the process, the Office of Planning’s proposals or the testimony FNA has submitted, please contact us at info@fnadc.org.
